MY BICYCLE HAS A CHAIN GUARD BRACKET WELDED TO THE REAR FRAME THAT INTERFERED WITH THE UPPER ARM OF THE TRAINING WHEEL. A FEW PASSES OVER A GRINDER TO REMOVE A VERY SMALL PORTION OF THE UPPER ARM FIXED THE PROBLEM.
